Solar Swirl

Made entirely of aluminum, this lightweight, reversible pendant is densely packed with jump rings. The rings swirl outward from the center in an intricate dance of color and texture. During the weaving process, the piece looks beautiful and “complete” at various stages, making the journey every bit as lovely as the finished piece. Solar Swirl begins with a European 8-in-1 unit and progresses into one of Rebeca's signature techniques of “cramming as many rings as possible into all the negative spaces!”
Finished pendant measures approximately 1.5" (38 mm) across, not including bail.
Prerequisite: Proficiency in at least 3 chainmaille weaves
