Can I pick up my order?
If you are local to Chicago or plan to come to town and would like to place a pickup order, we can certainly do that for you.
We also have a retail shop but we do not carry every product and kit in the store. We typically only carry 250 qty. packs of rings on our retail floor, so if you are looking for larger or smaller pack sizes, please place a pickup order.
You can place your pickup order on our website and select "Local Pickup - Chicago - Free" as your shipping method, so you do not get charged for shipping. At checkout you should also leave us a note to let us know when you want to pickup your order.
By selecting "Local Pickup" as your shipping method, you are agreeing to pick your order up from our Chicago store located at 1127 W. Granville Ave within 7-10 days. Visit our contact page for more information about hours and location. Please place pickup orders at least 2-3 days in advance of your visit. If placing a very large order please allow extra advance notice.
It is preferable that all pickup orders are paid in advance if possible. If you are not able to pay in advance please call Customer Care at 773-478-3767 (local) or toll free 866-602-7464. To schedlue an appointment to pickup your order when a Customer Care Specialist will be available to take your payment.
