I’m honored to have been named the featured member of the online community Mailler’s Worldwide. I’m in good company; there’s some very cool maillers who have been featured. Check out the forum, and you’re sure to be inspired.
Happy New Year, everyone!
We all had very nice holidays and were grateful for the break, but now we’ve got our sleeves rolled up and are busy catching up on orders. We’ve also updated the classes section with new classes for January and February, and have created a special listing for our classes at the Bead&Button show in June.
We received an advance copy of Wirework 2010 magazine, and I’m delighted that my Crystal Ring Byzantine project is on the cover! Very exciting! Hope you enjoy the project, and the many other patterns in the magazine.
Recent Shows
We’ve added some photos of the DIY Trunk Show and the One of a Kind Show to the shows archive and also to the Blue Buddha Page on Facebook. Congratulations to the winner of the annual “Guess How Many Rings?” contest at the DIY show!
We are busier than ever with orders and have even roped in a part-time seasonal worker to help us get through the holidays. So if we’re quieter than normal on Twitter and Facebook, it’s only ’cause we’re busy bagging and packing orders.
Shipping Updates, and a New Staff Member!
We are currently processing orders in 2-4 days (instead of our usual 1-2 days). The holiday rush has started! It is usually busiest for us from now until early December, so please keep this in mind when you’re placing your order! The demand for our products keeps increasing, which is a good thing, and we’re trying as hard as we can to keep up.
We’d also like to introduce you to Jason, our newest Inventory Assistant. He joined the Blue Buddha team a few weeks ago and his hard work has already made a difference (one reason why we’ve managed to catch up with orders!). You can check out his bio, as well as all Blue Buddha staff, on theArtist page.
