Last Call For 16-gauge Anodized Aluminum!

Shop Now – Once These Rings Are Gone, They Are Gone Forever!

AAcolorsWe received our 16-gauge anodized aluminum rings back from the anodizer—plus a few 18-gauge colors—and have added them to our anodized aluminum page. Once we run out of these rings, they are gone forever (and we really mean forever, as these rings are exclusive to Blue Buddha – we do not buy our anodized rings from another vendor!) These rings are 10% off and sold in packs of 1,000.  See bottom of blog post for complete listing of colors restocked

As a reminder, our 20-, 18-, 14- and 12-gauge aluminum rings were put on counters already, and will  not be restocked. (Starting today, save an additional 15% on 12-guage AA rings; the current price includes the markdown.)

If there’s something you’d like, get it while you can!

We are not making any new anodized aluminum mixes at this time (We’re only making enough to fulfill backorders.), but you can feel free to make your own mix following the recipes on the Blue Buddha color mixes page!

Customer Care Is (Mostly) Closed

Please note that customer care is essentially closed as of today.

We can no longer accept phone nor email orders—NO EXCEPTIONS—, and cannot answer most questions. As already announced in an earlier post, we also are no longer combining orders.

We WILL still re-send any PDFs that cannot be opened. PLEASE check your PDFs and your orders as soon as you receive them so we can address any issues before the end of the month. I love you all, but I don’t want to be re-sending PDFs to people 8 months from now… 😉

And of course, if there is an error on our end with your order, we will address those issues!  So, again, please check your orders immediately upon receipt. We are shutting down and there won’t be anyone left to help you if you wait 3 months to discover an error. (Note – if you find an error at the very end of April or early May, please email email me at [email protected] directly. I’ll be in the middle of moving to LA so I may be delayed in getting back to you, but I will get back to you as soon as I can. I’m a nice gal and want to make sure everyone is taken care of!)

Any other questions you send via email or voice mail may remain unanswered. We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but we’ve really got to focus on getting our inventory wrapped up and all your orders out the door before we close. Thank you for your understanding!

Our April Fool’s Gags Throughout The Years

8 Years Of April Fool Fun!

If you’ve been a fan of ours for awhile, you know we love to get creative on April 1. This year, we’re focusing on wrapping up our operations and getting all your orders out the door, so there’s no special page from us this time around.

We didn’t want to leave you hanging, though … so we’re reviving all the April Fools’ pages we’ve ever done.  Sit back, grab some popcorn and reminisce with us! (Some pages may have broken links, images and videos by now, but you should still get the idea.)

Which is your favorite? Let us know in the comments section!

Recommended Supplier Lists Still To Come!

We are still planning on recommending suppliers … though the posts will likely come after we close

Since we’re getting more and more requests from people wondering about suppliers, I wanted to let you all know that I am still planning on doing a “recommended suppliers” list for as many items as possible. However, this won’t happen until several weeks after the last order has shipped–there’s just too much we have to do to wind down the business in the meantime.

I’d encourage any of our fans to leave a comment with some of your own recommended suppliers, to give folks a starting place. :-)

Also – at this point I’m not 100% sure what will happen to the website when we close. I’d planned on placing instructions and some new kits on Etsy, but I may need to take down all Blue Buddha items everywhere and shut down the business completely. :-( Believe me, I’m not happy about this either. But whether I do the recommended suppliers post here at B3 or over at rebecamojica.com (or a different website entirely), I will definitely create this post!

Also, our mailing list is not for sale

And to all the spammers who keep emailing me asking how much I want for my mailing list — it’s not for sale. Not today, not ever.

Sure, I’m considering finding ways to monetize the mailing list by sponsored content from companies that have products I like and I think B3 fans would be interested in … but I have no intention of selling my customers emails.  The frequencies of emails will definitely decrease. (Our mailing list is so big the annual fee is more than $1,000. There’s no way I can afford that after downsizing). I’d still love to send an email or two to per year to keep you updated on what I’m up to – but I’ll likely use Instagram or Facebook or some other social media as my preferred method to reach folks. (If you have a favorite place to hang, let me know!)
