We’re continuing to make headway, slowly but surely!
In the couple weeks since I first posted What The Heck Is Going On With My Order? we’ve managed to steadily chip away at our order queue. The number of new, untouched orders is significantly smaller, but the number of “problem” orders (meaning something was out of stock when we went to fill it) has grown:
If your order is #83987 or lower and hasn’t shipped yet, it is very likely sitting in one of these piles. Our tumblers are going non-stop to polish all the rings needed to fill these backorders, and we’re waiting on many components (clasps, anodized aluminum, beads), which we get from other vendors. We might be able to ship the remainder of your order, but first Aimee needs to go ahead and create the backorder for the missing items.
If your order number is higher than that, we haven’t gotten to your individual order yet, but we’ve started tackling our “pick lists” of all the items by metal to fill orders up to #84069. Once we clear those, we’ll print a pick list for the next hundred or so orders, and so on, until we defeat the mountain of orders!
Once again, I thank you deeply for your patience while we work hard to make sure you get all the high-quality jump rings you need. You guys have been so understanding, and we really, really appreciate that! ♥
